It is important to Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) and all its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as ‘the Wästbygg Group’) that you trust us to process your personal data in a secure and legal manner. The Wästbygg Group is a large group in which all the group companies collaborate to varying degrees. For this reason, your personal data may be shared within the group. We may also share your personal data with our service providers, e.g. IT providers, who process your personal data in the capacity of data processor on our behalf. We always strive to process your personal data in the EU/EEA. However, in some cases your personal data are shared with parties outside the EU/EEA, e.g. service providers engaged by us. The Wästbygg Group keeps your personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes we collected them for, or for the length of time we are obliged to keep them in compliance with laws, regulations, government decrees, or according to standard business practices. We determine the length of time we are permitted and able to store your personal data on the basis of, for example, the following criteria.

  • While we have an ongoing relationship with you and/or with the company where you are employed.
