Swedbank AB (publ) (“Swedbank”) notifies, as stabilisation manager, that stabilisation measures have been undertaken in Wästbygg Gruppen AB’s (publ) (below “Wästbygg” or “the Company”) class B shares traded on Nasdaq Stockholm.
As announced in connection with publishing of the prospectus and thus the offering to acquire newly issued and existing class B shares in the Company on 30 September 2020, Swedbank is acting as stabilisation manager for the Wästbygg class B share, from the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 13 October 2020 and for no longer than 30 days thereafter.
Swedbank has, in its capacity as stabilisation manager, notified that stabilisation measures, in accordance with Article 5.4 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014), have been undertaken in the Wästbygg class B share on Nasdaq Stockholm as specified below.
