Wästbygg Group is exposed to various types of risks via the business operations it conducts. Risk assessment and management of risks and uncertainty factors is an ongoing work within the group and great focus is placed on reducing our vulnerability in various ways. Effective risk management increases the value of our business.
The group’s risks can primarily be related to three areas – environmental risks, operational risks and financial risks. A company-wide risk analysis is prepared to illustrate significant risks that may affect Wästbygg Group’s ability to complete its business plan and achieve its targets.
