As announced by Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (the “Company”) on 31 August 2023, the written procedure initiated on 14 August 2023 (the “Written Procedure”) to request certain amendments in relation to the financial covenants in the Company’s outstanding senior unsecured green bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0016798227 (the “Bonds”), was successfully completed.
In accordance with the notice to the bondholders of the Written Procedure, the Company has undertaken to pay a consent fee amounting to zero point two (0.20) per cent. of the nominal amount of the Bonds (being in an aggregate amount of SEK 1,000,000) (the “Consent Fee”) to the holders of Bonds as per the record date for such payment, within 20 business days from 31 August 2023.
The Company hereby announces that the Consent Fee will be paid through Euroclear Sweden on 14 September 2023. The payment will be made on a pro rata basis to persons registered as a holder of Bond(s) on the record date being 7 September 2023. The payment will be made to all holders of Bonds as per such record date, regardless of whether such holder has participated in the Written Procedure or voted for or against the requests in the Written Procedure.
