Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (“Wästbygg Gruppen” or the “Company”) has today successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds of SEK 500m under a framework of SEK 800m with maturity in November 2024 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds have a floating interest rate of 3 months STIBOR plus 450 basis points. An amount equivalent to the net proceeds will be used in accordance with the Company’s Green Finance Framework.

Wästbygg Gruppen intends to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Swedbank has acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the issue of the Bonds. Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal counsel.
